The corporate social responsibility is a way of managing the company, which takes into account the expectations of its environment. During the creation of the corporate social responsibility, rational resources management and increasing goodwill in the perspective of sustainable development have been, among others, taken into account. By managing the company in accordance with CSR principles, one assumes responsibility for the consequences of their actions and decisions. Developing and implementing corporate social responsibility is a contribution to the general social development.

CSR guide to a safe and sustainable work environment.

We are pleased to announce that the “CSR Guide to a Safe and Sustainable Work Environment” has been published today, in the development of which representatives of our company LITEX PROMO sp.o.o participated .

We are glad that by being involved in the development of the Guide, we were able to share our experiences and practices, which will serve as an inspiration for other entities. Presenting many useful tips, a good practice database and a self-assessment tool, the Guide helps to improve processes in terms of working conditions and environment. It supports companies to become more socially responsible.

We encourage you to read and disseminate the guide.

We are pleased to announce that the guide “Forced labour. A handbook: how to recognise and prevent it”, in the preparation of which representatives of our company LITEX PROMO sp.o.o participated.

We are happy to have been able to share our knowledge, experience and practices with other companies and organisations that will consult this guide. It will help them to effectively counteract the risk of forced labour in their supply chains or the consequences of working with rogue temporary employment agencies or subcontractors.
